Most deposit and withdrawal issues get resolved faster if you have the following ready beforehand: your payment app's transaction reference/ID number, the exact amount and time of the transaction, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation. The guides above also list the normal waiting window (15 minutes up to 48 hours) before a transaction should actually be treated as a problem.
