1. Who Controls Your Data

Your data is controlled by Sport Tech N.V. (Curaçao, Reg. No. 163475) and its subsidiary, CLOUDFRONT LTD (Cyprus, Reg. No. HE 450393) — the operator of the DBBet platform. This site itself is an independent referral/affiliate site, not the operator's own official corporate site. For any privacy question, contact us via our Contact page.

2. What We Collect

• Account information — name, phone number, date of birth, country, and login details.
• Verification data — identity documents when required for KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.
• Transaction data — deposits, withdrawals, payment-method references (DANA, OVO, ShopeePay, bank transfer), bets, and gameplay activity.
• Technical data — device type, IP address, browser, and site usage. This site does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies — see our cookies notice for the current status.
• Communications — messages you send to customer support.

3. Why We Use It

• Creating and running your account, and processing bets and payments.
• Verifying your identity and age, and preventing fraud and money laundering.
• Providing support and responding to your requests.
• Sending service messages and, where you consent, marketing (you can opt out anytime).
• Meeting legal obligations.

4. Sharing Your Data

We share data only where necessary: the payment providers you use to process your transaction, identity-verification partners, IT and hosting providers, and regulators or law enforcement where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Keeping It Secure

We use technical and administrative measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please protect your login details.

6. How Long We Keep Data

We retain your data while your account is active and for a period after as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Rights

Indonesia has a comprehensive personal data protection law — Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). Under this law, you have several concrete rights over your personal data, not just one general right:

• Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right of correction — request correction of inaccurate or outdated data, for example if your phone number or address changes.
• Right of erasure — request deletion of your data, with the exception of data we're legally required to retain (for example, transaction records for anti-money-laundering compliance).
• Right to object — opt out of direct marketing use of your data at any time, without affecting other uses of your account.
• Right to data portability — under certain conditions, request your data in a format that can be transferred to another provider.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our Contact page and include your account details so the request can be verified and processed correctly. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required under the UU PDP.

8. International Data Transfers

Because the entities named in section 1 are based in Curaçao and Cyprus, some processing of your data may involve cross-border transfers to IT, hosting, or verification providers working with the operator outside Indonesia. Transfers like this are standard practice for digital services operating across jurisdictions, and remain subject to the security measures described in section 5 above.

9. Children's Data

This service is explicitly restricted to users aged 18 and over — see Responsible Gambling. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age, and the identity-verification process described in section 2 above is one of the mechanisms used to enforce this restriction.
