1. Who We Are

This site is operated by an authorized affiliate partner promoting the DBBet platform, and is not the operator's own official corporate site. DBBet is owned and operated by Sport Tech N.V. ("the operator"), a company registered and established under the laws of Curaçao, registration number 163475, with its wholly-owned subsidiary CLOUDFRONT LTD, registered in Cyprus, registration number HE 450393. Sport Tech N.V. is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board since 22 November 2024 under licence number OGL/2024/574/0913. 2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for confirming online betting is legally permitted where you are, and that you are not under a self-exclusion scheme elsewhere.

• DBBet may ask you to verify your identity (KYC) before allowing withdrawals.

3. Your Account

• You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances withheld.
• You must provide accurate, truthful registration information.
• You're responsible for keeping your login details private.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits and withdrawals are made through available local payment methods — DANA, OVO, ShopeePay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are paid to an account verified in your name. DBBet does not pay third parties.
• DBBet may set minimum and maximum limits, and may delay payouts while completing identity or security checks.
• The currency used is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus has its own rules, including wagering requirements, minimum odds and time limits — see the Bonuses page for full detail. Bonus abuse may result in account closure.

6. Betting Rules

Bets are accepted only once confirmed. DBBet may void bets placed on an obvious error. Payouts follow official results.

7. Tax on Winnings

You are responsible for checking your own tax obligations regarding betting winnings, if applicable, with the relevant tax authority. This is not tax advice.

8. Fair Play & Account Closure

DBBet may suspend or close accounts, void bets, and withhold funds where fraud, collusion, prohibited software use, or a breach of these terms is reasonably suspected.

9. Responsible Gambling

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". DBBet is not liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet outages or third-party payment-provider issues.
